FIRST PAYMENT FOR:

  • REVIEWING LEASE SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • REVIEWING CITY SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • SIGNAGE DESIGN
  • CREATING SIGN DRAWINGS
  • CREATING DIAGRAMS FOR PERMIT
  • STANDARD CITY RENDERINGS* (one time).
  • COORDINATION & APPROVAL FROM THE LANDLORD
  • COORDINATION & APPROVAL FROM THE CITY

For your convenience, the main building signage is split into three separate payments:

Invoice #1:(Part 1) A payment/deposit for sign design, approvals, and renderings listed above.

Invoice #2:(Part 2) Fabrication and installation based upon the signage you choose in step 1.

Invoice #3:(Part 3) If applicable; A final invoice for the city permitting fees.

All signs are custom-created to meet the Hawaii Fluid Art corporate guidelines, location specifications, and requirements. A design proof will be provided for your approval. The signage price is determined by the size and type of sign you choose and city and landlord requirements. Projects can be purchased individually. Each task is a separate job with individual tasks and will be invoiced separately.

Please note that the service being offered does not include any building painting, maintenance, or removal of existing signage or banners. The three listed projects/tasks outlined in the above as individual invoices are purchased as a single project/task. There is no obligation to purchase all three of the project/tasks. If the installation of the signage is not possible on the scheduled date, the installation will be canceled. You will then be responsible for collecting the signage from a specified location, at your own expense, within 14 days after the scheduled installation date. We cannot be held responsible for any signage that is left for more than 14 days. Please be informed that deposits and/or payments made are non-refundable.

Working sign electricity that meets the city’s safety standards is required, Electricity must be on a timer or switch as required by the city or landlord. Electricity connection must be available to the external face of the building. You may be responsible for applying for or getting a certificate of occupancy and electrical sign permits and services depending on your city's requirements and any other special permitting.
